Wyzrad.ai is seeking a passionate and knowledgeable Category Expert to join our growing team! In this exciting role, you ll leverage your deep understanding of software categories to empower our customers and drive marketplace success.
Who You Are: - A SAAS enthusiast with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in the software industry.
- A natural researcher with a knack for staying ahead of the curve on industry trends and innovations.
- An excellent communicator with the ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, concise language.
- A team player with a collaborative spirit and a desire to build strong relationships across departments.
- A strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to problem-solving.
- Become a Category Mastermind : Conduct in-depth research to develop a comprehensive understanding of a specific software category within the Wyzrad.ai marketplace. This includes analyzing competitor landscapes, identifying key features and functionalities, and staying updated on the latest market trends.
- Champion Customer Experience : Collaborate with the product team to ensure a seamless customer experience within your assigned category. This might involve providing feedback on product features, documentation, and user interfaces.
- Sales Superstar Sidekick : Partner with Sales Account Executives to guide customers towards the perfect software solution for their needs. You ll translate customer requirements into technical specifications and provide insightful product recommendations.
- Category Curator : Work closely with category managers to curate the selection of software within your domain. You ll play a key role in identifying and onboarding the most valuable software solutions that align with customer needs and marketplace goals.
- Strategic Category Leader : Partner with the category manager to develop and drive the overall strategy for your assigned category. This includes identifying growth opportunities, analyzing market trends, and setting ambitious revenue and customer satisfaction goals. You ll co-own these goals and work collaboratively to achieve them.
