Regional Sales Manager ( North and East )

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement Regional sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand market reach.
• Identify growth opportunities and potential markets, setting clear goals for sales teams.
• Lead, train, and mentor a team of regional sales managers and representatives, fostering a high-performance culture.
• Set KPIs for team members, conduct regular performance reviews, and ensure continuous professional development.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, including hotel chains, resorts, and hospitality clients.
• Ensure client satisfaction by understanding client needs and offering customized solutions.
• Conduct regular market analysis to stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and potential new products.
• Provide feedback to the product team based on market demands and customer feedback.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, particularly with large hotel chains and new projects.

Key Requirements:

• Experience:8-12 years in sales, preferably in hospitality technology or B2B sales, with at least 3 years in a national or senior management role.
• Education:MBA /PGDBM

Skills:

• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management abilities.
• Proficiency in sales forecasting and data analysis.

Travel: Willingness to travel frequently to meet with clients and support regional teams.
