Executive - Technical

Key Responsibilities :

• Lead and supervise a team of technical staff responsible for day-to-day operations and maintenance.
• Provide training and support to ensure staff members are well-equipped to handle technical issues promptly.
• Do the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of digital lock systems.
• Familiarity with the integration technology into the hotel's broader infrastructure.
• Troubleshooting network-related issues affecting technology
• Implementation of preventive maintenance programs for digital locks and in-room technology.
• Willing to travel .

Technical Skills :

• Installation, configuration, and maintenance of electronic key card systems.
• Knowledge of various types of digital locks, including RFID, and Bluetooth-enabled systems.
• Troubleshooting and resolving issues related to digital locks promptly.
• Understanding of network infrastructure to ensure seamless connectivity.
