Job Description
Field Work:
- Travelling to assigned customer locations.
- Broad band Installation, Configuration of routers, Fault repairing.
- Providing customer with quality and timely resolution on Network and troubleshooting issues.
- Setting Improper router Configurations, fiber cut Issues, MTU issues.
- Troubleshooting LAN / WAN issues.
- Testing networks with large sized Ping.
- Fiber connectivity rectification, DVR configuration, Quality network maintenance.
- Ensuring 99.99% Customer Uptime, Maintenance of network switches.
- Attending repeated customer complaints by giving them best possible resolution and to make sure issue do not persist.
- Supporting cross functional team for timely connectivity.
- Maintaining and reporting network database on regular basis to the team lead.
- Resolving customer Issues within TAT.
- Reporting the manager on facing different challenges on daily basis, analyzing and providing the solution to the customer.
