Facility Experience Coordinator

Role Summary

Facility Experience Coordinator will be to streamline the all operation-related request by the employees. Managing the front desk (reception) and the Enforma end to end from assigning the request to closing the request.

Responsibilities

1. Managing the Front Desk (reception)
2. Organizing Lunch / Dinner for various senior management meetings
3. Booking Desk and Meeting Room
4. Logistic support for organizing training / workshop
5. Tracking and reporting various applicable report based on team requirement
6. Office Stationery management on need basis
7. Managing Enforma:                    
   • Assigning the request raised at Enforma
   • Connecting with employees to understand the issue and accordingly close the request until the satisfaction of employees.
   • Accordingly closing the request
   • Generating the reports and accordingly share with team
8. PR between Employee, Expats and P&A team
9. Expat management
10. Managing Vendor Management system: Entry & Exit of guests & expats.
