Marketing Coordinator

We have an exciting opportunity to appoint a Marketing Coordinator working within the UK central marketing team, this role is responsible for the day-to-day management of the marketing activities within the marketing plan supporting the wider marketing team.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the team with the events and awards tracker and calendar.
• Supporting the Events Manager with the delivery of key events and award submissions.
• Developing and delivering clear and compelling content for internal and external audiences as part of the overall marketing plan:  Including:  visuals, blogs, case studies, website content, infographics and film content.
• Responding and supporting to the business on the day-to-day marketing requests.
• Owner of the Marketing pages on our intranet, keeping the business informed on all marketing initiatives.
• Developing a deep understanding of the business, projects and clients and collaborating with the marketing team to develop and deliver innovative content, campaigns and initiatives.
• Supporting the marketing team on Budget management and reporting.
• Supporting the marketing team on weekly, monthly and quarterly Marketing reporting.
• Conducting desk research when required for campaign development and audience/competitor analysis.
• Look for new ways to innovate as a marketing team and work with the team to explore ideas for internal and external activation.

• Excellent copywriter, bringing to life our brand, tone of voice, through case studies, award submissions, website copy, internal presentations and literature.
• Someone who is planned and organised and looking for a career in Marketing.
• Someone who is comfortable working in a fast-paced, busy team with multiple deadlines.
• A strong desire to communicate on a face-to-face basis.
• A degree or equivalent education.
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar role.
• Energy, enthusiasm and innovative thinking.
