Area Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
- Achieve sales targets through channel partners in the assigned region through the sales team.
- Achieve volumes and targeted market share in the assigned region.
- Manage business by monitoring each distributor in terms of viability and profitability.
- Continuously work on identifying new opportunities.
- Addition for prospective distributors for expanding area coverage.
- Deliver Revenue growth target in line with the targets set in the region.
- New business development and managing existing accounts.
- Responsible for increasing direct distribution of existing and new launches.
- Provide ongoing evaluation of sales performance including tracking sales activities, opportunities, and contracts to increase revenue; improve salesforce efficiency and scale our business effectively.
- Initiate marketing programs/ BTL activities from time to time in the assigned region and monitor customer service to achieve sales objectives and customer satisfaction through the team.
- Update market developments periodically to facilitate proactive steps to combat competition.
- Establish best practices and methodologies for forecast accuracy and pipeline management.
- Actively participate in all forecasting activities and maintain a deep understanding of ongoing sales activity in support of sales executives.
- Timely Training to sales team on Sales process, Product CRM related activities.
- Reporting on distributor performance, market share, market intelligence, competitor analysis and team productivity.
- Develop reports and analysis on the effectiveness of sales initiatives and rep activities and their impact to market share.
- Candidates with past work Experience in Gujrat will only be considered
