About the Role:
- This role requires an understanding of brand objectives and initiatives to drive business and margin growth. Identify business opportunities and be effective in terms of driving selection and pricing on the platform.
- Evaluate and identify cost-saving opportunities, negotiate effectively and ensure the availability of the right products and pricing on the platform.
You are Responsible for:
- Managing an end-to-end business for the assigned brands by closely working with key stakeholders: Category sell team, ops team, marketing teams and other relevant stakeholders.
- Ensuring both top line and bottom line growth are met and managing in-stock, inventory, DOH for the assigned brands.
- Evaluating selection gap and sharing insights with the brand teams to get the right products launched.
- Ensuring market share within the category by evaluating trends, customer preferences, industry landscape - Managing the launch of new products and scaling it up.
- Market competition analysis To succeed in this role.
You should have the following:
- Negotiation skills - Stakeholder/Client Management, Vendor management.
- Business Development - Business Planning
- Identifying business opportunities to grow market share.
