Assistant General Manager (Sales and Marketing)

Roles and Responsibilities

• Product Management : Decide product range, specs, development, catalogues, videos, service capabilities , advertisement , marketing, expos
• Planning: Market research, competitor analysis, and customer segmentation > Strategies and Plans, forecasting monthly sales and advising production well in advance
• Team development: Organising team, Setting goals, coaching, and conducting performance reviews.
• Digital marketing : Social media campaigns and YouTube platforms. Managing Amazon sales, reviews, Google reviews etc.,
• Sales : Advertisement, collecting leads, telemarketing , direct selling, Dealer sales
• Service : Ensuring customer satisfaction by coordinating warranty and post warranty chargeable services, appointing nurturing third party service centres in india and abroad
• Export : Identifying potential countries , trade partners and developing them to further the business
• OEM Marketing : Branding for companies offering products with unique features
• Dealer Appointments: Identifying a pipeline of potential dealers in target cities as per plan ( 50 in India and 20 globally) and supporting them in starting and nurturing relationship and business
• Complementary : Arranging Bank finances for customers , trading complementary products, seed supplies to customers etc.,

Candidate Profile :

Engineer (Electrical / Mechanical ) with MBA and 6-10 years experience willing to travel extensively. Must be a good a professional team player.
