Job Description:
Worley is hiring an experienced Piping Stress Engineer for a position in our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate should possess extensive expertise in stress analysis using CAESAR II and relevant experience in the oil and gas industry, particularly with EPC/EPCM projects and FEED stages.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform stress analysis of piping systems using CAESAR II.
• Analyze static and dynamic loads to ensure structural integrity and compliance with applicable codes and standards.
• Develop stress reports, calculations, and documentation for projects.
• Collaborate with piping, civil, and mechanical groups to resolve technical issues.
• Assist in design reviews, HAZOP studies, and constructability analyses.
• Contribute to the development of project specifications, standards, and guides.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree Mechanical
• 1020 years of proven experience in piping stress analysis within the oil and gas industry.
• Hands-on experience with EPC/EPCM schemes and FEED deliverables.
• Proficiency in CAESAR II and familiarity with international codes and standards, such as ASME B31.3 and B31.1.
• Strong technical and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively within multidisciplinary teams.

• Candidates must be willing to relocate to Bangalore.
