The Role

As an Electrical Designer with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc .

• Design electrical systems for mining, minerals, and metals processing facilities.
• Develop detailed electrical drawings, layouts, and schematics using AutoCAD, MicroStation
• 3D Modelling of Equipment/panel, Cable Tray & Trenches, Lighting & Earthing etc.
• Perform electrical calculations e.g. Lighting, Cable Tray / Trench sizing etc.
• Prepare technical documentation, bills of materials (BOM), and electrical drawings.
• Ensure electrical designs comply with local and international electrical codes, safety regulations, and industry standards.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and construction teams to ensure timely and efficient delivery of electrical designs.
• Support commissioning and installation processes by reviewing design implementations and conducting site assessments.
• Troubleshoot electrical system issues and provide solutions during the design and construction phases.
• Assist in creating and reviewing project estimates and schedules for electrical components.
