The Role

As an Senior Applications Technical Specialist with Worley, you will work closely with our existing team to deliver projects for our clients while continuing to develop your skills and experience etc .

• Design, develop and implement enhancements/fixes within Service Now
• Ensure project and enhancement deployment as per conceptual design documentation and architecture
• Comfortable acting as the sole technical resource on a project and able to translate business requirements into a technical solution
• Collaborate with various Information Technology and business stakeholder groups to ensure deployed
• solutions meet all agreed upon criteria
• Responsible for administration, development and third tier support of ServiceNow
• Build and maintain Service Catalogues inclusive of workflow and Orchestration
• Create and maintain client scripts, business rules, UI Policies, widgets, etc. (JavaScript)
• Troubleshoot and resolve any potential technical application issues
• Adhere to ServiceNow best practices (code best practices, update sets, table relationships, application customization, etc.)
• Adhere to Worley Change Management principles to ensure the stability of sub-production and production environments
• Proactive, responsive and focused on anticipating future requirements and/or issues
• Recover quickly after change, disruptions, or mistakes and can remain productive and focused. Is adaptable and can apply lessons learned in one situation to another situation.
