Head Marketing
Job Location: Mumbai.

The Opportunity:
- This senior position will have overall end-to-end responsibility for Marketing, Digital marketing, Brand Management for our Merchant Services and Acquiring businesses.
- Merchant Services includes large enterprise merchants as part of Digital Commerce and Global Sales Vertical and small and medium size merchants as part of Regional Business.
- You will have proven senior leadership skills with a strong background in payments and merchant acquiring.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Brand Management:
- Drive and manage brand identity, positioning, and messaging.
- Establish brand guidelines.
- Ensure consistency across marketing channels and communication material.
- Enhance Brand reputation.
- Plan, and execute campaigns, media outreach to build a strong and credible external and employer brand.
- Paytech Pioneer Program, WL Digital Payments report, press conferences, Press releases.
Digital Marketing:
- SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content marketing, to improve brand visibility and lead generation with attribution & tracking.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, sales) to create impactful digital marketing campaigns around new products, enhancements, and features.
- New product launches, podcast, Compliance matters & internal campaigns.
Sales Enablement:
- Pitch PPTs, Product deck, tutorial videos, testimonials.
- Market surveys, market mapping for sharpening of product proposition.
- Website sections, media stories, press releases, blogs, social media campaign to provide air cover to Sales.
- Direct marketing -Email & WhatsApp campaigns.
PR & Corp Comm:
- Implement PR strategies to enhance organization's market reputation and brand reputation.
- RBMs with key media to secure positive coverage and visibility for spokesperson & brand.
- Manage crisis comms effectively.
- Create, and distribute press releases, authored articles to maintain brand visibility & recall for organic new articles & stories.
MarTech and Analytics:
- Data driven insights to access marketing performance.
- Implement Marketing attribution to measure and optimize marketing campaigns.
- New age tech platforms for acquisitions & engagement.
- Zoho for new acquisitions, and Maitri for engagement.
Stakeholder engagement:
- Engage with key stakeholders colleagues, employees, industry stakeholders etc.
- Promote the positive outlook of the organization, internally and externally.
- Internal events town halls, all hands meet, HR road shows, newsletters to keep employees aware on latest developments, keep them involved and counted.
- External events like GFF, retail shows, participation in building and enhancing organization's position in India as a key payments player.
- Keep abreast of relevant market developments, regulations, product innovations, technology advancements, best branding, marketing practices to help the organization to maintain competitiveness.

- Over 15+ years of experience.
- Entrepreneurial stint in any start-up is a must.
- FinTech or eCommerce domain experience is a must with team management experience.
