Worldline - .Net Technical Lead (10-15 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical solutions and strategies.

- Ensure effective integration of software solutions with other infrastructure technologies.

- Forecast and plan Manpower as per the project needs and sizing.

- Allocate resources as per the skills, experience mix planned/sized for the Projects.

- Responsible for managing their productivity on a day-day basis.

- Maintain Version Control, Branching, Packaging and deployment.

- Provide guidance, mentorship, and training to team members for their professional development.

- Design and develop robust reusable components which can be used across different projects.

- Design and develop robust, efficient, and scalable enterprise grade application framework.

- Performance optimization.

- Continuous Improvement in process and overall efficiency of team delivery.

- Participate in technology solution implementations, upgrades, enhancements, and conversions.

- Provide troubleshooting for application issues.

- Conduct thorough code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Sense of ownership and technical responsibility on the team's software

- Technical expertise in .NET Core and practices surrounding it as well as the faculty to spread them in the team.

- Experience with SCRUM methodology and participation to the backlog construction, refinement and sprint planning, in order to help estimate and plan work items.

- Contribution to the development of organizational policies, standards, and guidelines for software development.

- Must have Microservices expertise

- Experience in software design in complex, high throughput, real time and 0 downtime context aligned with architectural guidelines and documented precisely.

- Ensures team software respect functionally but also non functionally (Security, Performance, Resilience, etc.) the requirements

- Experience with DevOps tooling and practices (CI/CD pipelines, Git, 4 eyes principle or canary releases)

- Experience troubleshooting complex systems in case of bug, incident or test result failures.

- Experience with SOA and API contract definitions and preferably in a micro services architecture context.

- Experience with testing techniques and automation such as BDD, TDD, etc. allowing the lead developer to design test cases covering complex or non functional test cases.

- Continuous improvement mindset.

- Experience doing data driven and fact based technical decisions, ensure their application within the team and share the experience with peers in other teams.

- Expertise in building scalable applications using .NET Core and C#.

- Proven experience in designing and deploying microservices-based architectures.

- Advanced skills in developing secure and efficient RESTful APIs.

- Proficient in containerization with Docker, including orchestration fundamentals.

- Strong knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases, with experience in data modeling.

- Extensive experience in designing solutions on AWS or Azure.

- Advanced proficiency in either React or Angular for dynamic web applications.

- Strong understanding of CI/CD pipelines and modern DevOps tools and practices.

- Expertise in using Kibana and Grafana for application performance monitoring and analysis.
