Human Resource Trainee

Key Responsibilities:

• As part of Talent acquisition support and manage the end-to-end recruitment process i.e.

Understanding the Job requirement, Sourcing CVs, closing open positions, Freshers

hiring, international hiring & stakeholder management.

• Learn, understand and execute HR Operations activities like employee induction & onboarding,employee records, attendance, payroll & leave, remote tools, etc.)
• Learn, understand and execute L&D activities for the functions.
• Maintaining data and reporting for TA, Ops & L&D.
• Ideate & execute employee connects, virtual engagement activities .

Tenure & Compensation structure:

• This 6 months program is designed for students in the final year of their course and are looking to kick start their career in Human Resources.
• Your monthly payout for this period will INR 12000/- p.m. (Twelve Thousand only)

Who can apply?

Only freshers finishing their graduation/post-graduation in the year 2024, 2025 B.Com / BSc / BA / BBA /M.Com/ MSc / MA / MBA & any similar fields should apply.
