Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic Talent Acquisition Manager to lead our recruitment team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing talent acquisition strategies to attract, hire, and retain top talent. This role involves managing a team of recruiters, partnering with senior leadership, and ensuring the hiring process aligns with the company's strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:
Develop and implement comprehensive talent acquisition strategies aligned with business objectives.
Forecast hiring needs based on business growth plans and workforce planning.
Team Management:
Lead, mentor, and develop a team of recruiters and talent acquisition specialists.
Set performance goals and provide regular feedback to team members.
Recruitment Process Management:
Oversee the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition to onboarding.
Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
Implement and optimize applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment technologies.
Sourcing and Pipeline Development:
Develop innovative sourcing strategies to attract passive and active candidates.
Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive market research and ongoing relationship management.
Promote employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.
Metrics and Reporting:
Track and analyze key recruitment metrics to assess the effectiveness of recruitment strategies.
Provide regular reports on recruitment activities and outcomes to senior management.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
6+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
Proven track record of developing and executing successful recruitment strategies.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
Deep understanding of employment laws and regulations.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Familiarity with advanced recruitment marketing and employer branding techniques.
