Job Description

Job Summary:

The HR Learning & Organizational Development (OD) Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing organizational development initiatives that enhance employee engagement, leadership development, and overall organizational culture. This role will involve working closely with various business units to drive change management, improper organizational effectiveness, and support continuous talent development.


Key Responsibilities:


Change Management:

  • Lead change management initiatives, develop frameworks to manage transitions, and ensure smooth adaptation to business transformations.

Talent Management:

  • Create and execute talent management and succession planning programs, identify high-potential employees, and facilitate leadership development.

Team Development:

  • Assess team dynamics and collaborate with team leaders to improve effectiveness, communication, and collaboration within teams.

Organizational Culture:

  • Partner with leadership to define and nurture the desired organizational culture, ensuring alignment with values and goals.

HR Analytics:

  • Partner with leadership to define and nurture the desired organizational culture, ensuring alignment with values and goals.
  • Use data and analytics to assess the effectiveness of OD initiatives, providing insights for continuous improvement

Organizational Development Strategy:

  • Design and implement OD strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on leadership development, employee engagement, and culture enhancement.


Strategic Planning & Execution:

  1. Develop and execute the organization's learning and development strategy in alignment with business objectives.
  2. Conduct training needs analysis to identify gaps and opportunities across functions.

Program Design & Delivery:

  1. Design, implement, and evaluate training programs to enhance leadership, technical, and behavioral competencies.
  2. Leverage innovative training methods, including digital learning platforms, workshops, and on-the-job training modules.

Leadership Development:

  1. Identify and develop high-potential employees for leadership pipelines.
  2. Drive initiatives for succession planning and career development.

Stakeholder Collaboration:

  1. Work closely with department heads to identify training needs and ensure programs address business requirements.
  2. Manage external training vendors and consultants to ensure program quality.

Evaluation & Reporting:

  1. Monitor and measure the effectiveness of L&D programs through feedback, assessments, and KPIs.
  2. Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on L&D initiatives and outcomes.

Budget Management:

  1. Prepare and manage the L&D budget, ensuring optimal resource utilization.

Compliance & Best Practices:

  1. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in learning and development.
  2. Ensure compliance with corporate policies and standards in all training initiatives.

Qualifications:


Education:

  • Master's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.

Experience:

  • 5+ years in HR with a focus on Organizational Development, Talent Management, or Change Management and Learning & Development.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Proven track record in leading change initiatives and organizational transformation.
  • Strong understanding of talent management, leadership development, and employee engagement strategies.
  • Knowledge of learning and development principles and adult learning theories.
  • Ability to analyze HR data and metrics to drive decisions.
  • Familiarity with diversity, equity, and inclusion best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
