Talent Sourcer

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Talent Sourcer with a focus on Technical hires to join our team. This role requires a deep understanding of IT and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing and attracting top-tier talent for our P&E Team. We re excited to find a candidate who can make an immediate impact on our team. This role will begin with a 6-month contract, with the possibility of conversion to a full-time position based on individual performance, budget, and the company's overall needs. In this role, y ou will also be responsible to:

• Talent Sourcing:

• Develop and execute innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent

• Utilize various channels such as job boards, social media, networking events, and employee referrals to identify potential candidates.

• Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

• Candidate Screening and Assessment:

• Conduct thorough screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

• Help the TA partners schedule screening interviews

• Coordinate and facilitate technical assessments and other evaluation processes.

• Stakeholder Management:

• Partner closely with TA partners to understand company hiring needs

• Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment status to the TA Manager

• Ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process by managing expectations and timelines

• Employer Branding:

• Promote the company s brand and values to attract high-quality candidates.

• Develop and implement employer branding initiatives to enhance the company's reputation as an employer of choice.

• Market Intelligence:

• Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the talent market.

• Conduct competitor analysis and provide insights to improve recruitment strategies.

• Analyze and report on recruitment metrics to measure effectiveness and identify areas for improvement.

• Candidate Experience:

• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.

• Provide timely and constructive feedback to candidates.

• Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.

• Minimum of 2 years of talent sourcing experience, focusing on tech roles (developers QAs, ML/AI, etc. ).

• Proven track record of successful hires in technology or related industries.

• Strong understanding of IT roles and the nuances of hiring for these positions.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to build relationships

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.

• Familiarity with the talent market
