Finance Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in Financial Reporting: Help in preparing financial reports, statements, and summaries.
• Maintain Financial Records: Assist in managing accounts and reconciling ledgers, ensuring accurate recording of transactions.
• Data Entry & Documentation: Process and manage financial data and documents in accordance with company procedures.
• Accounts Payable/Receivable: Support the finance team with invoicing, vendor payments, and customer collections.
• Budgeting Assistance: Help with budget preparation and monitoring budget allocations and expenditures.
• Bank Reconciliation: Assist with daily and monthly bank reconciliations.
• Internal Audits: Support the finance team in preparing for internal audits and ensuring compliance with financial regulations.
• Financial Analysis: Conduct basic financial analysis and assist in identifying trends or discrepancies.
• Support Finance Manager: Provide support to senior finance personnel with financial analysis, reporting, and administrative tasks as required.
