Implement and oversee FIFO (First In, First Out) and LIFO (Last In, First Out) inventory management systems for material storage and dispatch, ensuring the proper rotation of stock.
Manage the inward (receiving) and outward (dispatching) movement of materials according to established guidelines.
Ensure the accuracy of stock levels and timely updating of records for incoming and outgoing materials.
Order Fulfillment & Warehouse Operations:
Pick, pack, and prepare products for dispatch, ensuring orders are completed in accordance with client specifications.
Monitor and ensure timely dispatch of goods, maintaining a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
Ensure proper labeling, barcoding, and packaging of products in line with industry standards.
Optimize storage practices in the warehouse to ensure maximum space utilization while maintaining an orderly and safe work environment.
Material Inward & Outward Operations:
Receive and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy, quantity, quality, and damage.
Process materials and products accurately into stock, ensuring proper documentation in SAP.
Manage the dispatch of materials to meet order deadlines and client demands, ensuring all goods are correctly picked and dispatched from the warehouse.
SAP & Excel Utilization:
Maintain accurate inventory records in SAP, ensuring real-time updates of stock levels and movements.
Utilize Excel to track stock levels, prepare inventory reports, and manage Excel-based databases for the warehouse.
Generate reports for inventory analysis, stock levels, material requirements, and order fulfillment status.
Documentation & Reporting:
Ensure the proper recording of all material transactions, including receipts, dispatches, and transfers, in both physical logs and SAP systems.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on stock levels, inventory discrepancies, and warehouse performance.
Safety & Compliance:
Follow all safety regulations and warehouse guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Ensure compliance with internal policies, safety standards, and legal requirements related to storage, handling, and transportation of goods.
Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other material-handling equipment as needed, adhering to safety protocols.
Team Collaboration & Coordination:
Coordinate with other departments (e.g., procurement, sales) to ensure smooth operations and timely deliveries.
Assist with cross-functional tasks as needed and provide input for process improvements in warehouse operations.
