Senior Manager - Architect - Interior Design (10-15 yrs)

Job Summary:

- We are seeking a Senior Manager - Architecture and ID, who will drive the architecture and planning function for all residential and commercial building projects across all phases: from site analysis, identification/selection of consultants and architects, and adherence to specified timelines, budget and quality standards, in alignment with the design intent.

- This role will require the person to manage multiple projects which are at different life stages and ensure that all projects are on track as per the agreed timelines.

- The person will lead a team of Architects, and ID specialists, and collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.

- The candidate will work closely with the Top Management and ensure to provide timely updates and reports.

Qualifications, Experience and Skills:

- Master's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or a related field.

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in a leadership role within the architecture and/or interior design industry, preferably in the luxury real estate sector.

- Demonstrated portfolio of completed luxury projects that showcase innovative design and attention to detail.

- Strong leadership and team management skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the skill to engage effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders.

- Proficient in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite).

- Agile mindset with the ability to adapt to changes proficiently and accurately.

- Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and effectively manage multiple priorities concurrently.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluency in English.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Design Leadership:

- Oversee the architectural and interior design processfor all projects, ensuring innovative, functional, and aesthetically appealing designs that reflect luxury and sophistication.

- Demonstrate skills in drafting architectural plans in - house and producing high-quality detailing as and when required

Project Management:

- Ensure seamless execution of design projects, from initial concept through to completion, maintaining the highest standards of quality and design integrity.

Market Insights:

- Stay abreast of the latest trends in luxury real estate, architecture, and interior design, incorporating innovative ideas and materials into project designs.

Collaboration and Coordination:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including construction, marketing, and sales, to ensure a cohesive approach to project development and execution.

- Coordinate with externals partners / vendors to provide technical briefs, communicate revisions and follow-up to ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks

Vendor and Stakeholder Relations:

- Establish and maintain relationships with key vendors, suppliers, and industry stakeholders to ensure access to the latest materials and technologies.

Sustainability and Compliance:

- Advocate for sustainable design practices, ensuring that all projects comply with environmental standards and local building regulations.

Site Visit:

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress.

- Address any issues asthey arise during site visits.

- Project Monitoring and Reporting:

- Review reports tracking project activities across phases and address deviations promptly.

- Prepare and deliver comprehensive reports to management regarding project status, challenges, and recommendations for resolution.
