- Looking for Head Marketing Automation & Retention Marketing who will own marketing technology stack and work closely with marketing, sales, product and data teams to plan and deliver ideas that drive customer acquisition, solution adoption and customer retention.

Position Overview:

- Livspace seeks an accomplished Associate Director to lead our Retail Design & Execution initiatives.

- This pivotal role requires a synthesis of creative vision and operational acumen to elevate Livspace's retail presence and enhance customer experience across all locations.

- The ideal candidate will possess expertise in both design conceptualization and strategic implementation, driving innovation in our retail vertical.

Core Responsibilities:

- Formulate and refine comprehensive design strategies for Livspace's retail spaces, ensuring brand consistency while accommodating local market nuances.

- Innovate store layouts and customer journey mapping to optimize product and service showcase.

- Synergize with marketing initiatives to seamlessly integrate brand campaigns within the retail environment.

- Oversee end-to-end execution of retail design projects, from conceptualization to implementation.

- Manage store fitouts, ensuring adherence to timelines, design specifications, quality benchmarks and cost.

- Develop and implement robust Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) that harmonize aesthetic considerations with operational efficiency.

- Establish and monitor Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for design efficacy and operational efficiency of the team.

- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of designers and Program managers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Facilitate seamless collaboration with cross-functional teams, including Retail Planning, Sales, Category, Procurement, Finance and Marketing, to align retail strategies with overarching business objectives.

- Maintain a comprehensive understanding of global retail design trends and evolving consumer behaviors.

- Adapt store concepts to resonate with local market preferences while maintaining brand integrity.

- Spearhead the proposal and testing of innovative design elements and operational processes to continuously elevate the customer experience.

Qualifications and Competencies:

- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or related field; MBA/ M.Arch or equivalent advanced degree preferred.

- Minimum 10 years of progressive experience in retail design and operations, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership capacity.

- Demonstrable track record of successful retail store design and launch initiatives.

- Advanced proficiency in design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite) and project management tools.

- Strong analytical capabilities with the ability to translate data insights into actionable strategies.

- Excellent project management skills, capable of steering multiple complex projects concurrently.

- Exceptional leadership acumen with the ability to inspire and guide cross-functional teams.

- Superior communication and presentation skills, adept at articulating complex design concepts to diverse stakeholders.
