HIRING FOR BFSI INDUSTRY - BANGALORE
Objective: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business HR to act as a strategic partner to the business team. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning HR strategies with business goals, optimizing workforce performance, and HR initiative. This position displays high commitment to Company values.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop workforce plans with the hiring manager and TA to support business growth and operational goals.
- Work closely with Talent acquisition for key business functions, ensuring the attraction of top talent aligned with business needs.
- Manage and drive onboarding process and new joiners productivity.
- Drive employee engagement, satisfaction, productivity and retention or top talent in the region.
- Manage and conduct employee connect/ skip level session and feedback.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, including goal-setting, feedback, and career development.
- Advise managers on performance-related issues and corrective actions as needed.
- Drive learning and development initiatives in the region and recommend programs that enhance employee skills, leadership, and technical expertise.
- Drive continuous learning and growth culture within the region
- Work closely with Zonal/regional heads to guide on changes, structure, and workforce planning.
- Act as a point of contact for employee concerns, handling conflict resolution.
- Ensure compliance with laws and company policies, addressing any employee grievances in a fair and timely manner.
- Utilize HR data and analytics to drive decisions that improve performance.
- Regularly maintain and publish report on HR metrics, turnover rates, employee engagement levels, etc.
Qualifications, Experience and Skills:
- MBA in HR or related degree (Any HR certification/courses would be preferred).
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in HRBP role.
- Proficient with HRMS and Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent analytical, market intelligence and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Strong exposure in designing & driving employee engagement, talent retention, reward & recognition, employee grievance management, stakeholder management etc..
