Job Description:

- Create model based underwriting policy, scorecard driven customer segmentation strategy. Credit risk evaluation, assessment & policy formulation.

- Regular review of partner portfolio and share monthly report on action plan on corrective action via analysis of delinquent cases.

- Working on solutions for credit underwriting basis different product constructs Portfolio management & monitoring Operations, audit & compliance

- Monitoring Portfolio risk through portfolio performance, early warning indicators, bounce rates, non-starters and other trends and rework on risk framework - specifically related STP process for Digital Journey.

- Automation of Credit Policies to ensure no/minimal manual Intervention in assessing the creditworthiness

- Working continuously cross functional to validate the performance of portfolio and to put proper reporting and analytics infrastructure in place to draw insights from data

- Experience in BRE implementation ( must), policy design for income programs, calculators, added advantage of working in Sales force environment.

Key Requirement :
