• Good communication skills (written & verbal)
• Typing speed of 25 WPM or more, with 90% accuracy
• Willingness to work in shifts
• Availability to work from our office in Hyderabad
• No prior work experience is required
• Preferably, candidates should have some understanding of shipping and logistics or back-office operations
• Educational qualifications: Graduate in any stream except B.Tech.

For Sr associate level - Minimum 2 years of experience in any bpo /Mnc experience is mandate.
