Meet Training KPI's set for the process, Plan Process Trainings, Conduct Pre Process Training, Conduct Process Training, TNI, Conduct PKTs, Conduct Refreshers basis quality audits.
Monitoring and coordinating process trainings for the teams, Maintain Training SOPs, trackers & other documentation.
Should have done classroom/virtual training & be able to conduct classroom trainings and workshops for batches of more than 10-15 people.
Facilitates staff development by promoting learning experiences and tailoring to the needs of the individual employees.
Define the knowledge, skills & abilities required for accounts receivable employees to perform given responsibilities as requested.
Observe staff working on billing and collection functions to answer questions, provide additional training, identify issues/concerns and facilitate ongoing integration of automated systems.
Develop and document standardized policies and procedures with the guidance of Healthcare leadership.
Participate in continuous process improvement teams and assist in the coordination and completion of short-term, long-term and special projects as appropriate.
Maintain current knowledge of industry updates and best practices.
Manage group of trainers under the span to facilitate training programs meeting organizational requirements
Assist with testing accounts receivable components of courseware developed tools, products and system software upgrades.
Monitor that employees are meeting all compliance guidelines.
Preferred Skills:
Should have Hands on - Provider RCM Field Such as AR, Denial Management, Demo, Charges, Payments, Customer service experience etc.,
Strong understanding of Denial management & AR Follow up.
Candidates from US Healthcare, especially from RCM AR/Denials, background will be highly preferred
Good spoken and written English language
Flexibility of grade, to work in 24X7 rotational shifts & Weekends as per the training requirements.
Typing speed of a minimum of 25 WPM (words per minute)Strong logical and analytical reasoning Team handling and people management skills, MS Tools – PPT, Excel and Reporting skills.

Qualifications
Graduate with Min 3-4 Year of experience as TL (Training) & above, should have experience in Healthcare vertical -Provider & Payer Space
