Create end to end Transformation Roadmaps, together with key digital interventions and business cases to deploy technology, tools and platforms Identify whitespaces in technology and digital footprint, work with internal and external stakeholders to drive development and deployment of solutions for whitespaces Work with key senior stakeholders to steer the build-up and enhancement of the prioritized organizational capabilities Manage relationships and activities in conjunction with Business Partners (Operations, Capability, IT, Client Partners) Manage the outcomes of the transformation and strategic initiatives, track delivery and govern key cross functional processes Support New Deals (RFXs) and proactive Client proposals by giving Digital solutions and collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure successful submission Should be a value architect & Innovation manager for any domain/Industry
