Senior Analyst

We are currently hiring for a Senior Analyst role for a mid-tiered Bank for our banking client whom we are servicing from Gurugram. Following below is the detailed job description

Location: Gurugram/Work from home currently

Qualification: Post Graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, MBA or related fields

Experience: Minimum 3-6 years of work experience post academics

Shifts: Flexible, typically 9 A.M 6 P.M

Role:

• Needs to develop complex analytical solutions which require data manipulation and complex data analysis to support Marketing insights and Strategy team
• Strong analytics background and proficiency in advanced SAS, SQL and excel
• High degree of data manipulation and quality checking of programs, output files and analysis
• Ability to understand complex DataMart, databases and data warehouse to extract data in support of specific data analytics request
• Help to develop and interpret statistical models for targeted acquisition, retention and cross sell campaigns using predictive modelling techniques like linear regression, logistic regression, cluster analysis and other prevalent statistical techniques
• Model Performance Tracking
• Customer profiling and deep dives for creating behavioural segments for better targeting
• Campaign Management

Eligibility Criteria:

We are looking for an experienced professional with a minimum of 3-6 years of Analytics experience in client management, Data Analytics, Reporting, Campaign Management and Modeling. A full time degree in Engineering or should be a post graduate in Mathematics, Statistics, Econometrics, MBA or related fields

• Minimum 3 years hands on experience with SAS
• Minimum 3 years hands on experience with Excel
• Good communication skill
• Good presentation skills as role requires to present analysis to client
• Worked in Financial domain and preferably for Banks
• Working knowledge of Python/R would be an added advantage
