- Handling customer queries / resolving customer issues via email.
- Maintain accuracy of information given and documented.
- Adhere to standard operating procedures required by the process.

- Experience in travel industry would be an added advantage.
- Freshers can also apply.
- Excellent Communication Skills.
- Comfortable to work in 24/7 rotational shifts including Night Shifts.
