Job Description

Position Overview:


As an Email Support Executive, you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries, providing assistance, and resolving issues primarily through email communication. Your role will involve effectively communicating with customers to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure a positive experience. You will work closely with other team members to ensure timely and accurate responses to customer emails.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via email in a timely and professional manner.
  2. Provide accurate information and assistance to customers regarding products, services, policies, and procedures.
  3. Address customer complaints, troubleshoot problems, and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.
  4. Maintain thorough and accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and resolutions.
  5. Collaborate with other team members to ensure consistent and high-quality customer service across all channels.
  6. Identify opportunities for process improvements and suggest strategies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of email support operations.
  7. Stay updated on product knowledge, industry trends, and company policies to provide accurate information to customers.
  8. Adhere to company guidelines and standards for professionalism, customer service, and communication.
  9. Handle sensitive customer information with confidentiality and discretion.
  10. Meet or exceed performance targets for response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:


  1. Previous experience in customer service, email support.
  2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  3. Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  5. Proficiency in using email, help desk software, and other relevant tools.
  6. Empathy and patience in dealing with customer inquiries and complaints.
  7. Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  8. Commitment to providing exceptional customer service and fostering positive customer relationships.
