Email Marketing Executive, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our email marketing campaigns. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, designing effective email strategies, and analyzing campaign performance to optimize results. Your creative skills and analytical mindset will contribute to increasing our email subscriber base and improving customer retention through targeted campaigns. Collaborating closely with the marketing team, you will ensure alignment with overall marketing goals and contribute to the company's growth objectives.

Job Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns aimed at achieving company objectives, including lead generation, engagement, and conversion.
• Create compelling email content, subject lines, and calls to action tailored to different audience segments.
• Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure alignment of email marketing campaigns with overall marketing strategies and goals.
• Conduct A/B testing on various email campaigns to optimize open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
• Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.
• Manage email databases for accuracy and segmentation purposes to maximize targeting effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in email marketing.

Key Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration (BBA), Marketing, or a related field. Fresh graduates from the 2024 batch are encouraged to apply.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing concepts, including email marketing best practices.
• Proficiency in email marketing platforms such as Mailchimp, Constant Contact, or similar tools.
• Excellent written communication and copywriting skills with a keen attention to detail.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and derive actionable insights.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• High level of creativity and innovative thinking.
• Prior internship or coursework experience in digital marketing or email marketing.
• Basic knowledge of HTML for email template customization.
