Job Description
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and develop technical solutions to meet their needs.
- Conduct product demonstrations, presentations, and technical workshops to showcase the features and benefits of our products or services.
- Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, bids, and quotations in response to customer inquiries.
- Provide technical expertise and support during the sales process, including product configuration, customization, and integration.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing technical concerns and providing post-sales support as needed.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to effectively communicate product value propositions to customers.
- Strong technical background with a bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience in technical sales or pre-sales engineering roles, preferably in the IT or technology industry.
- Proficiency in understanding and articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to engage and influence customers.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail to address customer needs effectively.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
- Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 0 to 3 years of experience in technical sales, pre-sales engineering, or a similar role.
- Experience with software or hardware solutions and understanding of technical architectures and integration methodologies.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools for managing customer relationships and opportunities.
