Job Description

Collaborate with the sales team to gather, analyze, and understand client requirements in Analytics and Marketing Technology, and develop tailored solutions to meet those needs.
Work closely with the Pre-Sales Manager to create and deliver customized presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals that showcase the capabilities and benefits of our solutions.
Lead technical discussions during client meetings, providing clear explanations of complex Analytics and Marketing Technology concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Respond to RFPs (Requests for Proposals) and RFIs (Requests for Information) with detailed, solution-oriented responses that highlight our expertise in Analytics and Marketing Technology.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities, and support sales strategies with industry insights.
Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure that the proposed solutions are feasible, scalable, and align with the company s offerings.
Facilitate a smooth transition from pre-sales to post-sales by working closely with the Project Management and Implementation teams, ensuring client requirements are accurately captured and delivered.
Maintain deep knowledge of our Analytics and Marketing Technology products and services, keeping up to date with new features, updates, and industry trends.
Contribute to building and managing a knowledge base of sales tools, resources, and best practices to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the pre-sales process.

Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, Business, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in a pre-sales, technical sales, or sales support role, preferably within the Analytics or Marketing Technology domain.
Strong understanding of Analytics and Marketing Technology platforms such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo, or equivalent tools.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to translate technical concepts into business language.
Proven ability to create and deliver compelling presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
Experience working with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certifications in relevant Analytics or Marketing Technology platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Marketo).
Familiarity with marketing automation, data analytics platforms, and AI/ML-driven solutions.
