Job Description
As an Innovation Manager at WN Infotech, you will spearhead the company's innovation initiatives, driving forward-thinking strategies and fostering a culture of creativity and growth. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, develop, and implement innovative solutions that address business challenges and enhance competitiveness in the market.
- Lead the innovation agenda by researching emerging technologies, market trends, and competitive landscapes.
- Develop and maintain innovation frameworks, processes, and methodologies to streamline ideation, evaluation, and implementation of new ideas.
- Facilitate brainstorming sessions, workshops, and hackathons to generate novel concepts and solutions.
- Partner with stakeholders across departments to prioritize innovation projects aligned with business objectives.
- Manage the end-to-end innovation pipeline, from idea generation to commercialization, ensuring timely delivery and resource optimization.
- Foster a culture of innovation by promoting knowledge sharing, risk-taking, and experimentation among team members.
- Collaborate with external partners, startups, and research institutions to leverage external expertise and resources.
- Monitor and measure the impact of innovation initiatives,
tracking key performance indicators and adjusting strategies as needed.
- Proven experience in innovation management, product development, or related roles within the technology industry.
- Strong understanding of emerging technologies such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and their applications in business.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and engage diverse audiences.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a focus on driving business results through innovation.
- Familiarity with design thinking methodologies, lean startup principles, and agile development practices.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, computer science, or
a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications in innovation management
are a plus.

- Demonstrated track record of successfully leading and delivering innovation projects from concept to implementation.
- Experience working in a fast-paced, technology-driven
