Job Description
As a Program Manager at WN Infotech, you will be responsible for overseeing the successful delivery of large-scale IT programs and projects. You will lead cross-functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure alignment with organizational goals and objectives. Your role will involve strategic planning, resource management, risk mitigation, and quality assurance to drive the timely and effective execution of programs.
- Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of complex IT programs from initiation to closure.
- Define program objectives, scope, deliverables, and timelines in alignment with business requirements.
- Establish and maintain program governance structures, including steering committees and project teams.
- Manage cross-functional teams, providing direction, support, and guidance throughout the project lifecycle.
- Coordinate resources, including personnel, budget, and equipment, to ensure successful program delivery.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that may impact program outcomes, implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Monitor program performance, tracking key metrics and milestones to ensure adherence to schedule and budget.
- Facilitate communication and collaboration among stakeholders, ensuring clear and timely reporting on program status.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging lessons learned to enhance program management processes.
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies, standards, and
regulatory requirements throughout the program lifecycle.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in the IT or technology sector.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills, with the ability to motivate and empower project teams.
- Excellent organizational and strategic planning abilities, with a focus on delivering results.
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools, such as Agile, Scrum, or PMBOK.
- Solid understanding of budgeting, resource allocation, and financial management principles.
- Effective communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience managing multiple projects or programs concurrently, prioritizing tasks and resources accordingly.
- Bachelor s degree in computer science, engineering, business
administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 0 to 3 years of experience in program management or a related role, with a track record of delivering successful outcomes.
- Experience managing large-scale IT programs involving multiple stakeholders and complex dependencies.
- Proven ability to drive change and foster innovation within project teams and organizations.
- Project management certification (e. g. , PMP, PgMP) preferred.
- Advanced degree (e. g. , MBA, Master s) in a relevant discipline is
a plus.
