Job Summary

WN Infotech isseeking a proficient Web Analytics Specialist to join our dynamic team. As aWeb Analytics Specialist, you will be responsible for analysing website data,interpreting trends, and providing actionable insights to optimize onlineperformance. Your role will involve leveraging various analytics tools to trackuser behaviour, monitor key performance indicators, and drive data-drivendecision-making across the organization

Your Role and Responsibilities

Implementand maintain web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, orsimilar platforms.
Developand maintain dashboards and reports to track website traffic, user engagement,and conversion rates.
Analysewebsite data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement in userexperience and website performance.
Collaboratewith cross-functional teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) andestablish benchmarks for success.
Provideregular reports and insights to stakeholders, including executives, marketingteams, and web developers.
ConductA/B testing and multivariate testing to optimize website elements, such aslanding pages, forms, and call-to-action buttons.
Stayupdated on industry trends and best practices in web analytics and recommendstrategies for continuous improvement.
Trainand educate team members on web analytics tools and methodologies.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Bachelorsdegree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
Proficiencyin web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similarplatforms.
Stronganalytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and drawactionable insights.
Proficiencyin data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
Excellentcommunication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technicalinformation to non-technical stakeholders.
Familiaritywith HTML, JavaScript, and other web technologies is preferred.
Experiencewith SEO analytics and digital marketing analytics is a plus.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelorsdegree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field.
0 to 3years of experience in web analytics or a related role.
Demonstratedexpertise in using web analytics tools such as Google Analytics, AdobeAnalytics, or similar platforms.
Stronganalytical skills and the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Excellentcommunication and collaboration skills.
