Job Description

  1. Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients,building strong relationships and understanding their technical requirements.
  2. Collaborate closely with clients to understand their businessobjectives and technical challenges, providing tailored solutions andrecommendations.
  3. Conduct regular technical reviews and assessments with clientsto identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.
  4. Coordinate with internal teams, including product development,engineering, and support, to address client needs and resolve technical issues.
  5. Provide proactive guidance and best practices to clients on theimplementation, configuration, and usage of our products or services.
  6. Assist in the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring asmooth transition and comprehensive understanding of technical aspects.
  7. Serve as an advocate for clients within WN Infotech,representing their interests and ensuring their voice is heard in productdevelopment and enhancement discussions.
  8. Monitor and analyze client usage data and performance metrics toidentify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization.
  9. Conduct training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharingsessions to empower clients with technical skills and expertise.
  10. Handle escalations and technical inquiries from clients in atimely and professional manner, ensuring prompt resolution and customersatisfaction.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  1. Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology,Engineering, or related field.
  2. Proven experience in a technical customer-facing role, such astechnical account management, solutions engineering, or customer support.
  3. Strong technical background with expertise in softwaredevelopment, cloud computing, networking, or related technologies.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with theability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  5. Solid problem-solving abilities, with a proactive and analyticalapproach to troubleshooting technical issues.
  6. Experience working with CRM systems, project management tools,and other technical platforms.
  7. Ability to prioritize and manage multiple clients and taskssimultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  8. Strong team player with the ability to collaborate effectivelyacross departments and functions.
Qualification Experience Required
0 to 3 years of experience in a technical customer-facing role,preferably in the technology industry.
Demonstrated track record of successfully managing technicalclient relationships and driving customer satisfaction and retention.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud)and knowledge of software development methodologies (e.g., Agile, DevOps) ishighly desirable.
Certifications such as AWS Certified Solutions Architect,Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect, or similar technicalcertifications are a plus.
