Job Summary

The Brand Partnership Specialist will play a critical role in establishing and maintaining strategic partnerships with key brands, driving business growth, and fostering collaboration across various industries. This position requires a dynamic and results-oriented individual who can effectively manage relationships, negotiate deals, and promote brand synergy. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the marketing landscape and the ability to create impactful campaigns that align with brand goals.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Strategic Partnership Development: Identify and establish relationships with potential brand partners across various industries, aligning brand values and objectives to create mutually beneficial partnerships.

  • Negotiation & Deal Management: Lead negotiations with partner brands to secure contracts, agreements, and deliverables that meet both parties' needs and contribute to the business s growth and profitability.

  • Campaign Planning & Execution: Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to develop, execute, and monitor branded campaigns, ensuring all initiatives align with the overall marketing and business strategy.

  • Performance Monitoring: Track and evaluate the performance of brand partnerships through key performance indicators (KPIs), ensuring that the goals of the partnership are being met and providing recommendations for improvement.

  • Relationship Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for brand partners, ensuring smooth communication, resolving any issues, and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.

  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitive landscapes, and emerging opportunities to bring new and innovative partnership strategies to the table.

  • Collaboration with Cross-functional Teams: Work closely with the marketing, sales, product, and creative teams to ensure seamless implementation of brand partnership initiatives.

  • Reporting & Analysis: Provide regular updates to senior management regarding partnership performance, trends, and insights, along with comprehensive reports on partnership outcomes.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Brand Strategy Expertise: Deep understanding of brand positioning, value proposition, and market segmentation.

  • Partnership Management: Proven experience in managing strategic partnerships, including identifying, negotiating, and executing mutually beneficial agreements.

  • Data-driven Approach: Strong ability to analyze data and KPIs to measure the success of partnerships and adjust strategies accordingly.

  • Negotiation Skills: Exceptional negotiation abilities, including a strong understanding of contract terms and the ability to reach agreements that benefit all parties involved.

  • Marketing Knowledge: Expertise in digital marketing, influencer marketing, event sponsorships, or retail partnerships to optimize brand collaborations.

  • Project Management: Proven project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and professionally to both internal and external stakeholders.

  • Problem-solving Skills: Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills to overcome challenges in partnerships and campaigns.

  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Communication, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification is a plus.

  • Experience: A minimum of 3 to 6 years of experience in brand partnerships, business development, marketing, or a related role. Previous experience in managing cross-functional teams and executing high-impact brand collaborations is highly preferred.

  • Industry Knowledge: Experience working with brands in a relevant industry (e. g. , FMCG, retail, technology, entertainment) is an advantage.

  • Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), CRM tools, and project management software. Familiarity with digital marketing platforms and analytics tools is a plus.
