Job Description

Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Product Endorsement Specialist to develop and execute strategies that enhance brand visibility and product adoption. The ideal candidate will work closely with marketing, sales, and product teams to create impactful endorsement campaigns, engage with stakeholders, and ensure product value is communicated effectively to target audiences. This role requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a thorough understanding of market trends.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Develop and implement product endorsement strategies to increase brand awareness and market penetration.

Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to create tailored campaigns that align with business objectives.

Identify and engage with potential endorsers, including influencers, industry experts, and brand advocates.

Create compelling content and presentations to communicate product benefits effectively.

Monitor campaign performance using KPIs and analytics tools; provide actionable insights to optimize strategies.

Build and maintain strong relationships with endorsers, ensuring consistent and authentic messaging.

Conduct market research to identify endorsement opportunities and stay ahead of trends.

Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment on product positioning and messaging.

Prepare detailed reports on campaign outcomes and provide recommendations for improvement.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proven experience in marketing, brand management, or a related field, with a focus on endorsements or partnerships.

Strong understanding of digital marketing channels and content creation.

Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or similar platforms.

Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.

Creative thinker with the ability to develop unique and engaging endorsement strategies.

Familiarity with social media platforms and influencer marketing best practices.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.

A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in marketing, branding, or product endorsement roles.

Certification in Digital Marketing, Influencer Marketing, or related specializations is a plus.

Proven track record of successful endorsement campaigns.
