Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Digital Endorsement Manager to join our dynamic team. This role will be responsible for managing and expanding our digital endorsement strategies across various platforms. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of social media trends, influencer marketing, and digital content strategies. You will be expected to work closely with marketing, PR, and content teams to create effective campaigns that elevate our brand presence and engagement.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Develop Digital Endorsement Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive digital endorsement strategies that align with the company s objectives and target audience.
  • Influencer Partnerships: Identify, negotiate, and manage relationships with key influencers, bloggers, and digital personalities to amplify brand reach and awareness.
  • Campaign Management: Oversee end-to-end management of digital endorsement campaigns, from conceptualization to execution, ensuring maximum engagement and ROI.
  • Content Collaboration: Work with the content team to ensure endorsement content is aligned with the brand's tone, messaging, and goals.
  • Performance Tracking and Analysis: Monitor the performance of endorsement campaigns, using analytics tools to track KPIs, audience growth, and conversion rates. Provide actionable insights for optimization.
  • Budget Management: Manage the digital endorsement budget, ensuring effective allocation and maximizing return on investment for each campaign.
  • Trend Spotting: Stay ahead of the curve by keeping up to date with emerging digital trends, influencer marketing tactics, and new platforms that could benefit the brand.
  • Reporting and Communication: Regularly report on campaign performance, audience insights, and the success of endorsement initiatives to senior management.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with the marketing, sales, and product teams to ensure digital endorsement efforts are integrated into broader marketing campaigns and strategies.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Digital Marketing Expertise: In-depth knowledge of digital marketing tools, platforms, and trends (e. g. , Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, Twitter).
  • Social Media & Influencer Strategy: Proven experience in influencer marketing, partnership negotiation, and social media strategy development.
  • Analytics Tools: Strong proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Sprout Social, Hootsuite, or similar platforms to track and report on campaign performance.
  • Campaign Management: Hands-on experience managing digital campaigns, including budget tracking, performance analysis, and optimization.
  • Content Creation & Copywriting: Excellent content creation skills, with an eye for detail in ensuring all digital endorsements meet brand standards.
  • Project Management: Strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high standards.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
  • Educational Qualification: A bachelor s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 2 years focusing specifically on influencer marketing and digital endorsement strategies.
  • Skills: Strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to manage multiple stakeholders, and a creative approach to digital marketing campaigns.
  • Certifications: Certifications in Digital Marketing, Google Ads, or Social Media Strategy (optional but preferred).
  • Personal Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and creative with a passion for digital marketing and emerging technologies.
