Job Summary

We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven Influencer Relations Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and executing influencer marketing strategies that align with our brand's objectives. The ideal candidate should have a keen understanding of influencer trends, a robust network within the influencer community, and excellent communication skills to build and maintain strong partnerships. This role demands creativity, strategic thinking, and a passion for working with influencers to drive brand awareness and engagement.

Your Role and Responsibilities
  • Influencer Strategy Development : Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and sales.
  • Relationship Building : Identify, reach out to, and establish long-term relationships with influencers and content creators across various platforms (Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc. ).
  • Campaign Management : Oversee influencer campaigns from start to finish, including planning, execution, and performance tracking.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams : Work closely with marketing, content, and PR teams to ensure influencer campaigns align with broader brand strategies.
  • Negotiation & Contracting : Negotiate rates, contracts, and deliverables with influencers, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements.
  • Trend Analysis & Reporting : Track and analyze influencer campaign performance, providing detailed reports and insights on ROI, engagement, and other key metrics.
  • Brand Ambassadorship : Foster relationships with influencers to create authentic, long-term brand ambassadors.
  • Content Approval : Review and approve influencer-created content to ensure alignment with brand voice and standards.
  • Market Research : Stay up to date with the latest trends in influencer marketing, competitor activities, and platform algorithms.
  • Required Technical and Professional Expertise
  • Influencer Marketing Platforms : Proficiency in using influencer marketing platforms like AspireIQ, Upfluence, or similar tools for campaign management and tracking.
  • Social Media Analytics : Ability to use analytics tools (Google Analytics, Instagram Insights, etc. ) to track performance and optimize campaigns.
  • Project Management Tools : Experience with tools such as Asana, Trello, or Monday. com for managing multiple campaigns simultaneously.
  • Negotiation Skills : Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable deals with influencers while ensuring budget adherence.
  • Communication Skills : Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor messages for different influencers and audiences.
  • Creative Mindset : Ability to think outside the box, creating innovative and engaging influencer campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
  • Branding Knowledge : Solid understanding of brand strategy, messaging, and identity to effectively collaborate with influencers.
  • Qualification & Experience Required
    • Education : A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.
    • Experience : Minimum 2-4 years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, or public relations, with a proven track record of successful campaigns.
    • Influencer Network : Established network of influencers, content creators, and social media personalities.
    • Portfolio : A portfolio of past influencer campaigns with measurable outcomes, showcasing strategic thinking and campaign management expertise.
    • Certifications : Any certifications related to digital marketing or influencer relations will be considered a plus.
