Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and innovative Data Dashboard Designer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for transforming complex datasets into intuitive and visually engaging dashboards. Your work will enable stakeholders to make data-driven decisions effectively. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data visualization, design principles, and advanced tools, ensuring clarity and precision in presenting critical business insights.

Your Role and Responsibilities

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including data analysts, engineers, and business stakeholders, to understand data visualization needs.

Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools like Tableau, Power BI, or equivalent platforms.

Implement user-centered design principles to ensure dashboards are intuitive, responsive, and actionable.

Translate raw data into meaningful visual representations that align with business objectives.

Optimize dashboards for performance, ensuring minimal latency and fast load times.

Conduct regular reviews to update and improve dashboard functionality based on feedback and evolving requirements.

Maintain a consistent visual style across dashboards, adhering to organizational branding guidelines.

Provide technical support and training to end-users to enhance the adoption and usability of dashboards.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

Proficiency in data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.

Strong knowledge of SQL for data extraction and manipulation.

Expertise in designing dashboards that cater to diverse audiences, from executives to technical teams.

Solid understanding of UI/UX principles in the context of data visualization.

Experience with programming languages like Python or R for data processing and analysis.

Familiarity with cloud-based data platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud is a plus.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey data insights effectively.

Qualification & Experience Required

Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
A minimum of 2-5 years of experience in data visualization or dashboard design.
Certifications in tools like Tableau, Power BI, or related platforms are preferred.
Proven track record of delivering high-quality, user-friendly dashboards in a professional setting.
