Location: Bangalore/ Mumbai / Chennai
Exp: 2.5 - 3.5 years
Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days

Roles and Responsibilities-

1. End-to-end recruitment experience (Technology and Service based Hiring)
2. Strong track record in sourcing qualified candidates, convincing, mapping, negotiating offers.
3. Excellent communication skills
4. Critical thinker and problem solving skills
5. Working knowledge of recruiting tools and different Job Portals
6. Target driven individual aware of current market trends
7. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop effective sourcing strategies.
8. Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates' skills, cultural fit and potential.
9. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing an exceptional candidate experience
