ServiceNow Architect - ITSM Modules (10-25 yrs)

Job Title : Architect (ServiceNow)

Responsibilities :

- Optimize ServiceNow data models : Propose and enforce coding standards and conventions across development teams.

- Provide technical leadership : Oversee large-scale ServiceNow implementations, including ITSM modules like Service Request, Incident, Problem, Change, and Configuration Management.

- Ensure compliance and risk management : Empower enterprises to identify and manage risks for informed decision-making.

- Collaborate with stakeholders : Work with clients and technical teams to provide strategic recommendations and technical solutions.

- Manage upgrade cycles : Implement new release functionalities to improve end-user experience.

- Develop system documentation : Create process flows, design documents, and high-level architecture diagrams.

Requirements :

- 8+ years of experience : In ServiceNow Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) application.

- ServiceNow certifications : Such as Certified System Administrator (CSA), Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS), and Certified Application Developer (CAD).

- Deep knowledge of ServiceNow solutions : Including ITIL processes and data modeling.

- Strong leadership skills : Ability to provide technical guidance and manage distributed development teams.

- Excellent communication skills : Ability to interface with clients and stakeholders
