Key skills for the job
1. Lead and architect large strategic deals, both for Reactive and Proactive opportunities
2. Understand the competition landscape and arrive at win strategy and value proposition
3. Work with the Wipro ecosystem to come up with the best-in-class solution approved by delivery
4. Optimize the pricing to make it attractive for customers- value to win
5. Lead the solution review calls with Wipro senior leadership
6. Lead solution defense during final client presentations
7. Prepare compliance check list for RFP's and coordinate with writers and other team members/stakeholders to get the sections ready
8. Support content development activities and develop exec summary, value proposition for the responses
9. Provide writing and editorial review of content for messaging, usability, and readability, including synthesizing content brought together from multiple sources
10. Providing oversight to Presales team on ongoing activities along with leading critical pre-sales threads.
Key Competencies & Required Qualifications:
1. Minimum of 14 years' experience, 6+ years relevant roles
2. MBA from Tier 1 and 2 B-Schools preferred
3. Understanding and experience in value-based selling
4. Experience in solutioning for and enabling sale of IT/ITES (mandatory)
5. Experience in Manufacturing/Auto Industry
6. In-depth knowledge around Business Process & IT Transformation concepts
7. Strong verbal and written English communication skills. Must have creative mindset towards articulating the solution via presentations and demonstrations.
8. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word and PowerPoint
Role Purpose
We are looking for Bid Manager for Healthcare payer and provider business. The person will be responsible to orchestrate winning solutions to the deals, support Sales Team with proactive proposals & RFP responses, solution design & articulation, pricing, account intelligence and such other presales activities for HMD sector. We are looking for candidates who are self-driven, possess ability to network with external/ internal stakeholders and having hands on experience or exposure in solutioning Cloud, App, Infra or Digital deals.
