Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through effective communication skills.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve complex issues that require escalation.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-3 years of experience in BPO customer service or similar industry.
  
• Excellent communication skills with strong interpersonal skills for handling diverse customer base.
  
• Proficiency in blended process, multitasking, written communication, and verbal communication.
