Customer Care Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide accurate information about products/services to customers through various communication channels (phone, email, chat).
  
• Handle customer queries via phone calls, emails, and chats to resolve their issues in a timely and professional manner.
  
• Maintain records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Escalate complex issues to senior team members or supervisors when necessary.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-5 years of experience in BPO customer service environment.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple conversations simultaneously.
  
• Proficiency in blended process, email processing, international processes, and voice support.
