MiS Reporting Data Analyst (Gurgaon)

1. Excel, Analytics and Reporting

- Good Analytics with good knowledge in excel, with working knowledge on Query handling, table joins, Pivot Tables etc.
- Strong skills on Data representation and data management.
- Good knowledge of Business Analytics and deployment of time-based critical reports to multiple stakeholders.

2. Desired Power Bi Exposure

- Desired exposure and working knowledge of Power Bi with the ability to comprehend logic and understand dashboard structures.

3. Communication & adaptability

- Ability to connect with multiple stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver the final product.

4. Learning Management and Platforms Support

- Work on assignments dealing with the routine and daily operation, use of training platforms

- Identify and communicate opportunities for process and quality improvements, providing feedback on usage, defects, and suggested enhancements.

- Act as an internal consultant by analyzing data and recommending solutions to utilize the LMS to deliver, track training and measure performance to meet organizational objectives.

- Oversees User Management, Course Management, L1 Troubleshooting.

- Serves as point of escalation for support issues, which may include interaction with LMS stakeholders and other support services.

- Works with the instructional technologist and instructional designers to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to accessing the LMS and course content.

5. Soft Skills
