Customer Support Associate

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Inbound / Outbound interaction with clients.
• Skilling on all voice and back-office queues as per requirement.
• Excellent communication skills.

Must have

• Graduate / Undergraduate.
• Should not be from a technical background
• Should not be a full-time student and also should have cleared his last appeared exam.
• Fresher can apply

Important notes: --5 days working and any 2-week offs.

- Should be flexible in 24*7 shifts.

- Should be within Transport Boundary.

- Job location: Kensington - Powai, Mumbai.
