Customer Support Associate - Chat/ Voice

Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer support through emails, or chats to resolve customer queries and concerns.
  
• Handle international chat process calls with confidence and professionalism.
  
• Utilize excellent communication skills to effectively address complex issues and provide solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions with customers using CRM software.
  
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and improve overall performance.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-1 year of experience in a similar role (customer service/chat process).
  
• Excellent communication skills in English language (written & spoken).
  
• Strong analytical skills for problem-solving and issue resolution.
  
• Ability to work on an international BPO environment with diverse client base.
